High Score Chips offers custom and collectible poker chips and related items. We make every effort to display product descriptions, photos, and details accurately; however, minor variations in color, texture, or appearance may occur. Measurements, weights, or finishes may vary slightly due to manufacturing processes, and images are representative and may not depict the exact final product in every case. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit quantities of any product at any time without notice.
Custom or branded poker chips are produced for marketing, promotional, commemorative, or collectible purposes only. Unless explicitly stated in writing, chips are not legal tender, have no cash value, and are not intended for use in regulated gaming environments. The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that any custom designs, logos, or branding provided do not infringe on third-party rights or violate applicable laws or regulations.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. We accept approved payment methods as displayed at checkout. By submitting payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders placed at incorrect prices.
Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carriers, customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control. Once an order has been shipped, risk of loss transfers to the customer. High Score Chips is not responsible for carrier delays, damage, or loss during transit. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or import restrictions imposed by their country.
Because many items are custom-made or limited-run, all sales are final unless otherwise stated. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for custom or personalized items, normal wear or cosmetic variations, or orders placed incorrectly by the customer. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide supporting photos so the issue can be reviewed.
